Since 1990 CERVANTES & ASSOCIATES, INC. has been providing thorough and
independent investigative services for the respective needs of its diverse

Texas Private Security Board of the Texas Department of Public Safety

CERVANTES & ASSOCIATES, INC. is conveniently located in
downtown Austin, the
state capital of Texas, and maintains professional contacts and affiliations
internationally. Our immediate access to state offices, our global network of
resources, and a computerized database network containing over 8 billion public
records provides an invaluable source of obtaining records and information
promptly.
Members of the firm are college educated, highly trained
licensed private investigators, professional researchers, and data retrieval
specialists. Their varied professional backgrounds and credentials in law,
accounting and law enforcement are

PRINCIPAL
The founder and president of the company, George A. Cervantes, CLI,
CII, supervises all work done by CERVANTES & ASSOCIATES, INC. and its agents. He
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, and has over 16 years of
investigative and research experience. Mr. Cervantes is
currently one of only 103 Certified Legal Investigators in the nation. He is a
past President and Chairman of the Board of the Texas Association of Licensed
Investigators, and
continues to serve as Chirman of that association's Legislative Committee. He is also a past director of the
National Council of Investigation and Security Services, and continues to serve on that association's Legislative
Committee. He
is an honorary life member of the American Criminal Justice
Association-LAE, is a TPSB certified continuing instructor, and has been teaching
courses, and lecturing and writing for professional organizations.
